3.3 You must not share your account with any other person, permit others to use your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.
3.4 All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. mu33 will process transactions and settle bets placed from your account in good faith and is not required to verify the identity of the person initiating individual transactions provided valid account credentials are used.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the mu33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fee is applied by mu33 for MYR transactions, though your financial institution may apply its own fees.
4.2 Deposit Methods. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and other methods as displayed within your account dashboard. The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard amounts to supported e-wallets and DuitNow. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. mu33 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review.
4.4 Withdrawal Identity Matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets held in the same name as the registered mu33 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution in respect of a deposit made to mu33 is a breach of these Terms. mu33 reserves the right to close the account, void outstanding winnings, and pursue recovery of the charged-back amount plus associated costs through all available legal mechanisms.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. mu33 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of RM 50 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been issued to the registered email address. You may reactivate your account by logging in and contacting support.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mu33 are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. These Terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.
